Beth Hargrove is a native Texan. She was born in Houston but grew up in a number of small towns across South Texas, finally settling in the Texas Hill Country which she loves and which inspires the settings for her writing. She studied Journalism and English in college and has been writing all her life, but raising a family interfered with pursuing a serious writing career and it was not until she retired that she was finally able to write her first book, The Redemption of Glory. Her heart has always been in the beautiful Hill Country of Central Texas, and she now lives there, beside the Medina River, with her little dog Daisy and four cats.
